Tamara C. Falor

Justin T. Buller

Justin Buller is a passionate, understanding, and effective attorney who has a demonstrated history of hard work and dedication to his clients. Following in his father’s footsteps, Mr. Buller started off his legal career at the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office and also worked at the San Jose City Attorney’s Office handling cannabis code enforcement actions and related land-use issues. Mr. Buller entered private practice in 2019 and has been involved in every stage of business litigation, collections law and landlord-tenant disputes .

Mr. Buller is also an advocate for cannabis as a vehicle for social change and has assisted numerous clients navigate the ever-changing waters of cannabis business regulations as well as civil litigation disputes revolving partnerships in cannabis related ventures.
